Dennis and Karen McCarthy, owners of Glades Gas since 1984 have invested their time and energy solving problems for their customers on many levels.
Dennis’ grandfather started Glades Gas in 1929 with a vision of making people’s lives more simple. He introduced refrigeration, helping families preserve their food without all the hassles of bringing in ice.
Today, Dennis and Karen are keeping his vision alive by introducing propane to people and all its benefits. Propane is a clean burning, envirofriendly fuel source that powers our homes, farms and offices.
Both Dennis and Karen have their degrees in Business Administration from Loyola University in New Orleans. They have invested heavily in their business and community to make a cleaner, healthier world.
